Privacy & Cookie Policy

Version of 25.08.2026. This Policy follows generally accepted international data-protection principles (OECD Privacy Guidelines, Council of Europe Convention 108+, GDPR-style transparency): lawfulness, purpose limitation, data minimisation, storage limitation, security and accountability.

Data and purposes. E-mail and project name (API key issuance; contract performance; retained for the contract term + 3 years). IP address, user agent, requested URLs and timestamps (security, abuse prevention, API usage accounting; up to 90 days). Geolocation coordinates when you press “My city” (browser consent; not stored on the server). Browser storage for theme, last city and cookie consent (technically necessary). Analytics cookies are set only after you click “Accept”; you may withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer or by deleting cookies in your browser — the Site works fully without them.

Legal basis. Performance of a contract (API keys), legitimate interest (security and abuse prevention), and consent (geolocation, analytics cookies).

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and withdrawal of consent — by e-mail to the Controller; we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with the data-protection authority of your country of residence.

Storage and security. Data are kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. TLS encryption, role- and IP-based access control, logging and encrypted backups are applied. We do not sell personal data and do not share them with third parties except hosting and infrastructure providers acting on the Controller’s instructions under a data-processing agreement, or where required by law.

Children. The Site is not directed at children under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes. The current version is always available on this page.
